DISTANT THUNDER to Embark On European Tour

DISTANT THUNDER, the new band featuring former HELSTAR/DESTINY'S END and current SEVEN WITCHES frontman James Rivera, are currently finalizing plans for their upcoming European tour. The band will play two shows in the Texas area before leaving for Germany.

In the meantime, James is touring with SEVEN WITCHES, sharing the bill with heavy rock greats UFO and KING'S X. DISTANT THUNDER guitarist Gregg Gill and drummer Rick Ward are keeping busy at Spyder Studio recording Now and Then recording artists MAGISTRAL and preparing to record Laser's Edge recording artists STRIDE. DISTANT THUNDER bassist Mike Lepond, who married girlfriendChristie last weekend, is headed back to the studio to record the next SYMPHONY X CD release. Original HELSTAR bassist Jerry Abarca will fill in on any shows that conflict with Mike's recording schedule.
